Competition categories are:

(Ages 6 and up)
-          Tournament Sparring (Orange and higher ranks)
-          One Steps (White and Yellow belts)
-          Board Breaking (All ranks )

(All ages)
-          Form (Any of Journey Forms for ages 6 and up – all ranks)
-          Freestyle Form (Competitors create and perform their own form)

(Lil Tigers only)
-       Free style form or Lil Tiger Traditional Form
