
Teens programs are suitable for students between ages of 12 and 15. At this age, most motor skills are developed but they can be enhanced to the student's full potential. Physical training helps the students to develop speed, power, and flexibility. Strong balance of physical and mental activities is required to achieve high standards of athleticism and to improve the competitive edge as a martial artist.
Students are encouraged to participate in various cross training activities along with the traditional class training. Students are given the opportunity to demonstrate their sense of responsibility and leadership and achieve a unique status as leaders in the class. They are encouraged to become proactive in how classes are conducted, build and lead teams, and make friendships that can last a lifetime.
