Refund Policy
Items returned within 5 days will be refunded with proof of purchase for full cash value or store credit, or an equal value exchange. All physical merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refunds past 5 days. No refund is provided beyond 2 weeks after the purchase date. Merchandise with special offers and discounted prices are final at point of sales without refund option.
Refund is provided to merchandise that is on back order when the cancellation is received within 2 days. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee is applied to all cancellations.
Merchandise should be inspected at point of sales by the buyer to be free of defects. The seller will assess any reasonable defects in material within the reasonable time for a refund as described above. Any substantial material defects that may be the result of negligence by the buyer may not be refunded.
Any payment for non-merchandise services such as, but not limited to, private lessons and field trips may be refunded based on the cancellation policy for that service.
All sales on gift certificates are final without refund option.
